Message	As many have seen over 10+ years now is the 396Hp Stg III kit. What he did for you was put the car on the Dyno, adjusted the timing some, maybe tweaked the fuel different on your chip, what ever the case. This is the same AshZ, Devin and sure others are doing nowadays. Plus he could have given you a smaller calibrated set of boost jets, watched your fuel on a wideband sensor and your simply running 15psi jets that spike a 16 or so. Your HP number is not a shock, but I can assure you, it's not rwhp. You won't generate that much power with four cats at that low of pressure. Unless theres more to the story.
